For over forty years, we’ve championed sustainability within our business, growing steadily and supporting local businesses. We’re here for the long game and want our suppliers to benefit from engaging with Ertech. Effective management of our supply chain is integral to the success of every project that we undertake.

Our suppliers and subcontractors are considered an extension of our project delivery team and, as such, are required, at a minimum, to meet the standards and requirements of our clients. Once a subcontractor has been engaged, our team has a suite of procedures and processes that enable the project team to manage subcontracted service delivery and suppliers efficiently.

Maximising local and indigenous engagement on projects continues to be a strategic priority close to our hearts. 

We value the direct and indirect benefits gained and actively support initiatives to enhance the engagement of local, small, medium, and/or Indigenous businesses across Australia.

Ertech’s track record in establishing mutually beneficial relationships with local businesses and Indigenous business communities has led to improved opportunities for the people and businesses engaged. We recognise it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach, and each local engagement plan is developed to suit the specific location, project, and situation to ensure we maximise the social and economic value and impact.
