The 360⁰ Project Culture & Health Check Tool, which is being adopted on Transport for NSW infrastructure projects, enables open and informed conversations about project culture within teams. It also provides valuable visibility of industry-wide trends, helping us all respond proactively and continuously improve.

Recently, Transport for NSW, our client on the Heathcote Upgrade Project, captured a meaningful conversation between Shane Cahill (Ertech) and Mark Jajou (Transport for NSW) on the importance of project culture.
