At Ertech, reconciliation isn’t a checkbox or a one-off campaign. It’s an ongoing commitment rooted in respect, relationships, and real change.
We’ve now commenced Stage II of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and we’re taking deliberate steps to strengthen our impact. As we move forward, our focus is clear:

* Create meaningful and sustainable opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
* Continue to embed reconciliation into how we work and who we are
