To mark IWD, Head Office employees gathered for afternoon tea to acknowledge the contribution of women in our lives and at work.
General Manager, Clynton Saxon, highlighted the importance of respect in the workplace and provided a brief overview of Ertech’s performance in closing the gender pay gap. In the recent WGEA data, Ertech compared favourably with our industry peers and nationally. While we recognise that we have not yet fully closed the gap, we continue to strive for this outcome.
