Our Group

Our Group

The Ertech Group is a diversified engineering group with businesses operating in urban and regional areas across Australia. The Group is a long-term investor in new and emerging businesses focused on building Australian capability and capacity.

The businesses work independently or in partnership to design, construct, and manage projects and are a trusted local provider to clients in the oil and gas, mining, transport, defence, utilities, infrastructure, and building sectors. Collectively, we provide:

  • Civil and concrete construction
  • Electrical installation services
  • Nearshore marine construction
  • Ground improvement
  • Structural strengthening and remediation services

Employee ownership is the cornerstone of our business model and has underpinned the sustainable development of the Group, as employees are deeply invested in ensuring success with our clients.

Group Operations

In addition to Ertech’s national flagship civil and electrical operation, Ertech is a majority shareholder in Fortec, Geomarine, Groundex, and, more recently, an investor in Yaraandoo, a majority Indigenous-owned contractor.

The Group is a shareholder in several other organisations, including listed entity Duratec, one of Ertech’s earlier business investments that listed on the ASX in 2020.

Ertech is the founder of the Ertech Group and was also the founder of the Motivation Foundation, a charity that has grown from strength to strength and continues to invest in local youth, providing pathways into civil construction careers.
