The 22-hectare site, north of Manning Road between Dumond Street and Nyamup Way, is being renewed to create a more connected, sustainable, and vibrant community.</p>\n<p>Separable Portion A, located in the northeastern corner of the precinct, involved the subdivision of land to create 44 new residential lots.
