Business Update
The program
Designed as a multi-level leadership and management initiative, the program supports leaders at every stage of their career. It focuses on building the capability to lead effectively, drive high performance, and respond confidently to evolving legislative and organisational responsibilities.
Over the past six months, 90 Ertech employees successfully completed the program, a fantastic milestone that reflects their commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
