Case Study
Ertech partnered with Fuelfix & Tanks2Go to deploy a hybrid energy solution for remote site facilities that require continuous power for site offices, crib rooms, and ablutions, delivering reliable 24/7 power with substantially lower fuel use and CO₂ emissions.
With a strong commitment to sustainability, Ertech sought alternatives to diesel generators and engaged Fuelfix early in the project to explore advanced fuel management solutions and renewable power systems, with the aim of automating and optimising our fuel management processes.
Fuelfix recommended a hybrid power system combining an industrial battery unit with solar panels mounted on transportable containers. A backup generator was introduced at a later stage of the project for the winter months.
This collaborative approach ensured the solution was tailored to Ertech’s operational and environmental requirements, with both teams working closely throughout installation and commissioning.
Key benefits:
✔️ Fuel savings
✔️ CO₂ emissions reduction
✔️ Lower noise pollution and improved work environment
✔️ Enhanced operational efficiency and safety
