Ertech’s renewed focus on the land development sector continues to deliver results. This latest award continues the strong momentum within Ertech’s Infrastructure Business Unit, further strengthening our portfolio of industrial land development projects across Western Australia.
Located in the Neerabup Industrial Area, Meridian Park is ideally positioned to support the needs of businesses in Perth’s fast-growing North-West corridor, providing critical infrastructure to enable industrial growth, business investment, and local job creation.
Stage 11 comprises the subdivision of a former limestone quarry into 21 industrial lots, with bulk earthworks already completed. Stage 12 will deliver an additional 11 industrial lots, with bulk earthworks forming part of the scope of works.
Ertech looks forward to working closely with DevelopmentWA to successfully deliver these stages and support the continued growth of industrial infrastructure in the region. This project strengthens Ertech’s track record in efficiently delivering high-quality land development projects, supporting economic growth and job creation for local communities.

- Earthworks, including cut to fill and import fill
- Retaining walls
- Roads and Drainage works to the City of Wanneroo requirements
- Gravity sewer reticulation to Water Corporation requirements
- Water reticulation to Water Corporation requirements
- Underground power to Western Power requirements
- NBN pit and pipe to NBN standards
