Description
Ertech has been involved in all construction since commencement.
The project included many challenges including high groundwater levels and large scale dewatering together with acid sulfate soil management and treatment.

The Serpentine Truck Main ran through part of the development and we were required to install a range
of services with its proximity. This included:

• Boring sewer beneath the trunk
• Laying shallower services such as water reticulation, gas reticulation, power and communications over the top of it
• Building roads within its proximity.

Ertech were involved with considerable landscaping, including a lined ornamental lake and all work to a
15,000m2 POS including turf, trees, rock lined water course, gym equipment, barbeques, irrigation and
lighting. Works included:

• 1402 lots
• 124,384m3 earthworks, cut to fill
• 1,301,850m3 imported fill
• 11km of retaining walls
• 19km sewer up to 8m depth
• 31km stormwater
• 23km water reticulation
• 18km common services (water, gas, power, communications)
• 25km roads
• Construction of a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) on Serpentine Trunk Main
• 11,000m2 lined and landscaped lake
