At Ertech, we seek out opportunities to engage with the local community when we undertake projects.

Ertech has developed an innovative training academy to provide young people with a pathway into the civil construction industry.  The initiative, driven and underwritten by Ertech, has support from education and industry leaders including Clontarf Foundation and local high schools.

The Ertech Construction Academy provide students enrolled in Year 12 the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate I qualification in Resources and Infrastructure Operations through on site training and workplace experience whilst still attending high school.

The Ertech Construction Academy has been successful in that graduates from every year have found immediate employment (with approximately half engaged by Ertech). Of those, more than 75% remain employed in the civil construction industry.
