Jim is a Fellow Chartered Professional Engineer of Engineers Australia and was also the winner of the Western Region Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 in the Financial, Business and Property category.

James is a civil engineer with construction and consultancy experience in a wide range of civil engineering projects in Australia and the UK. James has overseen some of the company's largest projects including the contracts undertaken at the Ravensthorpe Nickel Project. James has also been involved with Ertech's expansion into South Australia and the Northern Territory.

Nondas has over 20 years experience in the water industry in a range of roles from design and operations to corporate management. Additionally Nondas has over 10 years in the construction manufacturing industry including 3 years as a State Concrete Manager.

Gavin Miller (BCom PostGradDip Business (Law) CPA ACIS GAICD)
Executive Director
Gavin is a CPA and Chartered Secretary with over 20 years financial and commercial management experience in building materials manufacturing, water and civil construction industries. His roles have included corporate and operational financial and risk management in ASX listed companies and government owned corporations. Gavin is the Chief Financial Officer of Ertech.

David has over 40 years experience in Australia, SE Asia and Papua New Guinea in the engineering, construction and project management of public works, mining and oilfield projects.

Tony is a member of the Mining Law committee and Oil & Gas committee of the International Bar Association. He has experience in corporate banking and finance and as a professor has taught company law and corporate finance law at Murdoch Law School and in Singapore.
