Ertech Reaches Safety Milestone

A significant milestone has been achieved which demonstrates the benefits of Ertech's commitment to safety and the environment.

Ertech has recently achieved 1 year LTI free throughout its entire operations. This follows on the recent achievement of 2 years LTI free within the Metropolitan Division and is the result of the focus on this key business area from everyone involved at Ertech.

Milestones such as these are not achieved unless a strong commitment to ensuring safe and environmentally sound work practices are demanded by employees throughout the organisation. The benefits of a mature safety culture are not only enjoyed by the entire workforce, but also Ertech's clients whose projects run on time and without incident.

Despite this achievement, Ertech's staff are not satisfied. According to new Ertech Managing Director, James Giumelli, "We will continue to seek improvement in the procedures and practices that govern our work. Only by continuous improvement and development will we maintain our strong safety culture and performance".

Ertech are particularly proud of the fact that our safety performance has been achieved during a sustained period of strong growth.

Ertech is recruiting personnel from United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Europe and South America with skills in civil engineering, surveying and project management and supervision. Our HR department can assist with immigration issues such as work visas, short term accommodation, travel arrangements, relocation expenses and support.

With it’s business closely linked to mining and infrastructure, Ertech is taking on more civil construction work and this growth requires more skilled personnel.
