As part of our contract for the Lakeside residential development in Kununurra, Ertech, in consultation with Landcorp, have engaged the Kununurra-based indigenous contractor, Wanna Work.  Wanna Work have been subcontracted to undertaking landscaping work and miscellaneous concrete work including footpaths as part of Ertech's stage 5 contract. 

Ertech are working closely with Wanna Work to help develop their skills and capability in undertaking civil works.  We are also providing assistance with the Wanna Work crew in:

• Attaining nationally recognised certificates of competencies for operating various construction plant for plant operators
  
• Understanding and implementing safe work methods such as hazard identification, pre-start meetings and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA's)
  
• Growing Wanna Work's capacity, capability and skill base.

 Ertech are keen to develop this relationship with Wanna Work, who are part of MG Corp and provide ongoing opportunities for growth in the future.
