Candidates should demonstrate considerable experience in civil infrastructure, road construction and subdivisions / land development sectors, of which a significant recent portion is in the South Australian market.
The role includes full responsibility for “end to end” medium sized projects. You will have overall responsibility for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of a project and will be involved from the tendering of the project, through construction to completion. Your demonstrated experience in timely delivery of complex projects, strong project management methodology within the construction industry, strong managerial skills and financial acumen will be highly regarded with relevant Tertiary qualifications.
