This newly created position is the result of the sustained expansion of our field operations. Reporting to the Project Manager, your role would include full responsibility for the supervising and coordinating of all construction work onsite, ensuring the effective utilisation of plant and personnel in completing the project within time, safety and cost restraints.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to supervising packages of work on time and on budget; planning, scheduling and monitoring work packages; stakeholder management; allocating project resources to maximise outcomes; meeting and/or exceeding lead HSEC indicator targets; adhering to Ertech's environmentally responsible work practices and safety standards.
To be successful in this position your background will include: Certificate IV in Frontline Management; Certificate IV in Training and Assessing; demonstrated experience in civil Infrastructure, road construction, subdivisions / land development, bulk earthworks, drainage / pipe work; a demonstrated record of making a difference in a similar role and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
