The foundation and firewall works for a temporary power generator at the Karratha Power Station upgrade involved structural concrete, tilt panels and erection, bunded slabs and aprons and excavation/earthworks:

  • Gas Turbine Generator foundations
  • Cyclonic Enclosure foundations and bored piles
  • Concrete precast wall panels
  • Generator Set Up Transformer foundations
  • Workshop, Office and Auxiliary Transformer foundations
  • Circuit Breaker, Transmission and Terminal foundations
  • Roadworks
  • Palisade Fencing


  • The project was fast tracked to meet client delivery commitments
  • Tilt panels were installed within an extremely congested and busy site. Operating procedures were implemented to ensure the safe installation for personnel and key equipment
